'I Am Not Seeking Money'
Another voicemail, presented in court, documented Ms Wandelt stating: "I realize I'm fat and unattractive like Madeleine had been, but I feel what I believe."
While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's monologues with Mrs McCann's voicemail stated: "Imagine there is a small chance that I am she? What then? Isn't that significant for you?"
"I am not seeking money, I possess a existence here in Poland, I simply desire to know," the message continued.
The jury was told that by means of emails, SMS messages and calls, Ms Wandelt demanded a genetic test, sent early photographs to her phone in a effort to show a resemblance to Mrs McCann's missing daughter, and stated to have "flashbacks" from a childhood with the McCanns.
The investigator, an investigator with law enforcement who gathered the data, informed the court there "showed no any answers" from Mrs McCann.
Ms Wandelt also contacted family friends of the McCanns, based on the communication logs.
On 9 October 2024, Mr McCann answered a communication from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, stating she had "incorrect contact information."
On that occasion Ms Wandelt deposited a message on Mrs McCann's recording saying "I won't give up and I plan to establish my point."
The court was informed Mrs Spragg established a relationship online with Ms Wandelt before accompanying her on a trip to the McCanns' home in the county in December 2024.
Call logs revealed Mrs Spragg had contacted via WhatsApp to Mrs McCann to express the press had portrayed Ms Wandelt as "mentally unstable" but that she ought to be considered genuine in the period preceding the visit to that location, that area, in last December.
The court was told message exchanges between the two defendants, in last November, discussing attempting to get Mrs McCann's genetic material from her trash or from silverware at a dining venue.
"We must take action," Mrs Spragg informed Ms Wandelt.
On the occasion of the appearance to their house, the defendant dispatched a message which said: "We are positioned near the McCanns' residence with our vehicle dark similar to private investigators. I desired to accomplish this with someone else I never thought I would be doing that with the McCanns."
