The former president's Granddaughter Gets Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Before LPGA Debut

The young golfer can count on multiple high-profile cheerleaders as she starts her professional golf debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is connected to Donald Trump, was granted a sponsor's invitation to compete at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

The former president, a passionate golfer, operates several courses worldwide and regularly plays against his granddaughter.

"He's pretty good. I can't say much but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, who won't be present, counseled her: "Simply don't get nervous."

"He practically suggested to play and enjoy myself," she explained.

"To me, he's simply a normal grandpa. He can't make it for the tournament. He's busy with running the country, making him quite busy."

As an amateur, Kai has competed in just three tournaments in 2024 and has position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association standings.

However she can get advice from 15-time major champion, romantically involved with Kai's mother.

"He stands as the greatest golfer in the world," Kai expressed.

"And he's a more impressive person. He told me to go out there, enjoy myself, and go with the flow."

Kai will face multiple most prominent players in women's golf at this tournament, including second-ranked the champion, England's golfer Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers stated that involving Kai helps introduce golf to new audiences, especially among youth audiences.

Kai maintains substantial online presence and just introduced an exclusive apparel and wellness brand.
